Frances Paulina Yeager Beck, of Bedminster, PA, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2012. She was 97.

Born October 4, 1914 in Birdsboro, she was a daughter of Carl and Victoria Yeager who ran a small boardinghouse for a local stone quarry. Of all her memories, Frances could still recall the escapades she had growing up with her sisters, Ella and Victoria, in this unique setting.

Frances was kindhearted and giving. She was a skilled nurse, secretary, typesetter, editor. She enjoyed porcelain painting, cooking, gardening. Her greatest achievement was the long and loving relationship she had with her husband, the late John C. Beck. Together they raised 5 children; her oldest son, Vernon, preceded her in death.

Frances is survived by two sons, Brenton Beck of CA, and Todd Beck of MN; two daughters, Teresa Van Arsdale of Pottstown, and Molly Beck of Bedminster; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Remembrance services will be held privately.
