Mildred V. Fimple, 94, of Quakertown and formerly of Line Lexington and Lower Gwynedd, died June 19, 2012 at the Quakertown Center. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Dragone in 1958 and her second husband Norman Fimple in 1977.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late John W. and Mary (DuRoss) Werntz.

Mrs. Fimple worked as assistant manager in the cafeteria at Wyncote Elementary School and was also a member of the Abington Hospital Auxiliary. In addition, she was an avid reader and in her later years enjoyed listening to many audio books. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother and a doting grandmother.

Surviving are her daughter, Marilyn C. Eitreim and her husband, Ivan of Line Lexington; two grandsons, Christopher and Steven Mullin; a step grandson, Andrew Eitreim and great- grandchildren, Matthew, Lilly, and Trinity.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gertrude Fimple and Helen Moran and two brothers, William and Harry Werntz.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service 5:30 PM Monday June 25, 2012 in Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave. Lansdale, PA 19446 where they may gather after 5 PM. Inurnment will be held 10 AM Tuesday June 26th, 2012 in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
