H. William Freed

H. William "Bill" Freed, 80, of Harleysville and formerly of Lansdale, died Saturday, November 27, 2021.  He was the beloved husband of Diane (Miller) Freed, his wife of 59 years.

Born January 2, 1941 in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Howard and Lillian (Brobst) Freed.

Mr. Freed was a proud veteran of the US Navy.  He was an accomplished CPA and financial advisor and operated his firm, H.W. Freed CPA (Hatfield), for many years.

Bill was a longtime member of St. John's UCC, Lansdale, Lansdale Jaycees, and the Kiwanis Club, Lansdale.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Freed (Manuel) of Tiverton, RI, and Heather A. Chandler (Robert) of Bayport, NY; two grandchildren, C. Rex Bartolini and Gabrielle R. Bartolini; and his sister, Sara F. Parker (Thomas) of Malvern.

Relatives and friends may call after 1:00 p.m. December 20, 2021 at St. John's UCC, 500 W. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446 followed by the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m.  Burial will be private in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
