Albert C. Boorse

Albert C. Boorse, 76, of Quakertown, died Tuesday, December 9, 2025.  He was the beloved husband of Judy (Vetter) Boorse, his wife of 37 years.

Born August 18, 1949 in Abington, he was a son of the late Clayton and Lily (Smith) Boorse.

Mr. Boorse served his country honorably in the United States Air Force, retiring after 21 years of service as a Master Sergeant.  He was employed as a printer with Merck for 37 years, retiring in 2014.

Al was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansdale, and was a member of the Ridge and Valley Rod and Gun Club, Coopersburg.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Steven Boorse (Tonya) of Pennsburg, Brian Boorse of Pennsburg, and Bill Grichin (Erin) of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Craig Boorse.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 W. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446 followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in Lawnview Cemetery, Rockledge.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
