Anita M. Bennett

Anita M. Bennett, 73, of Lansdale, PA, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024 at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital.

She was the loving wife of Charles "Bob" R. Bennett.

Born January 8, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Rollin C. and Violet (Trexler) Johnes.

Anita was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Lansdale.

Throughout her life, Anita always took great pride in her golf game.   She and her husband enjoyed spending time at the Manufacturers Golf & Country Club, where together, they made many friends.  She also enjoyed accompanying her husband on his many international business trips.

What brought Anita the most joy in life was her family.  She will be remembered as a caring and compassionate wife, mother and grandmother that had a great sense of humor and always cared for those that held a space in her heart.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by; her three step-sons, Timothy Bennett, and wife Debbie, Gregory Bennett, and wife Kyra, and Bryan Bennet; her six step-grandchildren, Ryan, Lilly, Alexandra, Thomas, Nicholas, and Taylor; and her three sisters, Barbara Whitney, husband David, and their two sons, Christopher and Eric, Kathy Einthoven, husband Pieter, and their children, Kristin and Willem, and Suzy Jones.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are entrusted to Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
