Arthur Howard Price Jr.

Arthur Howard Price, Jr., 83, of Lansdale, husband of Arlene (Ruth) Price, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Lansdale Hospital.


Born in Abington, he was the son of the late Arthur Howard and Dorothy Marion (Carlson) Price.


Arthur was a long-time member of the former North Penn Chess Club where he was a Chess Master. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and metal detecting. Arthur was an avid reader, loved puzzles and crossword puzzles but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events.


Surviving with his wife are daughters Sherri Willi (husband Robert), Kimberly Moffit (late husband Albert), and Dawn Price; grandchildren Thomas Moffit, Timothy Moffit (wife Anna), Tyler Moffit, and Tessa Moffit; and great grandchildren Timothy Jr., and Brady. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his son Arthur E. "Gene" Price.


A celebration of life service will be At Gwynedd Healthcare, 773 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale on Sunday March 22, 2026 at 2:00pm.
