In Loving Memory of Bagher Momtahen

It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Bagher Momtahen, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and world traveler, who passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025.

Born in Iran, Bagher lived a life defined by curiosity, courage, and an unshakable commitment to his family and values.

Throughout his remarkable journey, Bagher touched countless lives. Whether through his wisdom, his stories, or his quiet strength, he left a lasting impression wherever he went. His legacy bridges generations and cultures — spanning from the heart of Iran to the U.S.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Badri; his sister, Masomeh; his three children: Homayun and his wife, Nazy; Nadereh; and Mehrdad and his wife, Tanya. He is also survived by his two grandchildren: Mojan and her husband, Michael; and Sean and his wife, Sarah — and by his cherished great-granddaughter, Corene (Renie). He was a pillar in their lives and will be deeply missed.

Bagher's life reminds us that true legacy is not just in accomplishments, but in the lives we touch. His spirit, wisdom, and stories will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 30th at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002, please arrive by 1:45 pm and line up cars in the long driveway leading to the bell tower off of the main entrance..  This will be followed by a gathering at the home of Homayun and Nazy, at 850 Fulton Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, where family and friends will come together to honor his extraordinary life and share memories.

Forever remembered, never forgotten — his journey continues through all of us.
