Bennett J. Dahm

Bennett J. Dahm, 65, of Lansdale, PA, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at his residence.

Born January 9, 1960, he was a son of the late Lawrence V. and Mary (Kirkpatrick) Dahm.

Bennett honorably served his country in the United States Navy from 1980 to 1983.

Throughout his life, he was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Cannoneers, the American Legion, and the Lansdale VFW.  He worked as a carpenter for Benner & White Construction in Harleysville for over 20 years.  In his leisure time, he enjoyed spending time outdoors, taking in the beauty of nature while fishing and hunting, and attending Army Navy games. He was also an avid fan of Philadelphia sports teams.  What brought Bennett the most joy in life was his family.  He will be remembered as a devoted father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend.

In addition to his wife, Lisa Dahm, Bennett is survived by his three sons, Andrew Medlin, and partner Tara, Joseph Dahm, and partner Olivia, and Daniel Loomis; his two daughters, Jessica Haenn, and husband Matthew, and Mary Dahm; his six grandchildren, Mackenzie, Taya, Kingsley, Malcolm, Logan, and Sawyer Rose; his brother, Larry Dahm, and wife Susan; his sister, Elizabeth Guiliano, and husband Gerald; his father-in-law, Calvin Medlin; his brother-in-law, Rick Medlin; and his god daughter, Katie Cardillo.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth Rose Dahm; his brother, Kenny Dahm; his three sisters, Kathryn Cassell, Lynn Vogelbacher, and Mary Ann Fisher; and his best friend, Kevin Cardillo.

The family will receive visitors Sunday, June 22, 2025 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale, PA 19446.  A memorial service will begin at 1:00 PM.

Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Wednesday, July 2, 2025, 9:30 AM.

Arrangements are entrusted to Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
