Beryl V. Souders

Beryl V. Souders, 88, of Quakertown, PA was called home by God on March 25, 2026.

She was born in Pottsville, PA on March 10, 1938 to the late Roy and Leola (Harding) Dohner.

She worked as a registered nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital in Lancaster as well as Warminster General Hospital.

She was a devoted member of Emmanuel Evangelical Congregational Church where she played the organ and piano. Beryl was also a member of the Trumbauersville Fire Company. She enjoyed camping, sewing, and building her house alongside her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. Thomas G. Souders; two daughters, Susan Goold (Cameron) and Miriam Watts (Gary); two grandchildren, Robert and Christine Goold; and her brother, Dale Dohner (Barbara).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Martha Souders.

Relatives and friends are invited to the memorial service on April 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Trumbauersville Fire Company, followed by a visitation and luncheon at noon.

Funeral services are private and under the direction of Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale, PA.

The Angel of Death has visited and Beryl has been taken to Heaven. No more suffering, no more struggling to breathe, no more pain, no more uncertainty. Peace. In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
