Christopher J. Venezia

Christopher J. Venezia, 51, of West Chester, PA passed away suddenly on May 15, 2019. Born September 28, 1967 in Lansdale, PA he was the son of the late Gloria (nee Ferla) Venezia and the late Charles P. Venezia.

Christopher was a 1985 graduate of North Penn High School and a longtime employee of United Rentals, where he first served as a Mechanic, then tenaciously worked his way into a Sales Representative role, and later became a Regional Service Manager. He enjoyed playing his acoustic guitar, riding his motorcycle, playing pool, cooking meals for his loved ones, being a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, and making people laugh. What Christopher enjoyed most of all, however, was spending time with his family and friends, and he will always be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, uncle, companion, and friend.

Christopher is survived by his children, Anthony J. Venezia and Emily C. Venezia, his sisters, Tamara "Tammy" Steinberg (Steven) and Lisa Venezia, his former wife and the mother of his children, Nancy F. Venezia, his nieces and nephews, and his partner of ten years, Laura Abarca. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, the late Charles P. Venezia, Jr., and the late Salvatore Venezia.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Tuesday evening, May 21, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 West Main Street, Lansdale, PA 19446 where his Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers be omitted, and that those desiring to do so may make a memorial contribution in Christopher's name to the American Heart Association, 1617 J.F.K. Boulevard, Suite 700, Philadelphia, PA 19103 and which would be deeply appreciated by his family.
