Corlie Stills, of North Wales, PA died Sunday, February 22, 2026. He was the cherished husband of Barbera J. (Hunsicker) Stills.
He was born on February 28,1953 in Philadelphia PA to the late Corlie Adams and Isadora Stills Anderson.
Corlie was raised by his stepfather Robert Anderson and mother Isadora Stills Anderson in South west Philadelphia 53rd & Greenway Ave. He was also known as (Daddy June) from 50th Woodland Ave. He was educated in the Philadelphia school system and graduated from John Bartram High School.
He joined the military and became part of the Army 82nd Airborne after serving his country. He came home and attended the University of Pennsylunia where he became a certified Emergency medical technician he then worked as a supervisor for A&E Ambulance Services. He then finished his career as a certified butcher supervisor with Dietz and Watson.
Corlie was proud of his military service a commitment that remained close to his heart . He became a member of the American Legion where he could connect with other fellow veterans and share stories. He was so involved with the legion and wanting to serve his community he was appointed to being the Chaplain. Corlie had the natural ability to make people feel welcomed and speak words of encouragement with wisdom, that is why he became a licensed minister from the universal life Church. His laughter was contagious, his presence reassuring and his spirit unforgettable.
Along with his wife, Corlie is survived by his children Jeremy Stills (Alyssa) of Gatesville, TX Franchon Stills of Philadelphia, Trista Kerns of Allentown, his bonus Children, Steven and Eric ; his grandchildren Jeremy Jr, Hunter, Shea, Thaine, Peyton, Asa Cambree, Dynasha Dashona,Tayla, and his siblings, Sheila Chon, Juan, Chris
He is preceded in death by his sister Ann Anderson Johnson his brother's Robert Anderson jr. Brian Anderson
.
Corlie also leaves behind a host of niece's, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
