Darryl F. Corts

Darryl F. Corts, 67, of Lansdale, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Center City after a brief and courageous battle with cancer.

Born May 12,1958 in Seattle, WA, he was a son of Daniel B. and Eleanor M. Corts, both deceased.

Mr. Corts retired after working many years in the Information Technology Industry. In addition to his family and friends, Darryl enjoyed smooth whiskey, a good cigar, playing the drums, anything Led Zeppelin, watching Star Trek, and spending time with his faithful feline companion, Kayla.

Darryl was the beloved father to his son, Tyler Corts (Paulina) of Lansdale and his daughter, Amanda Corts (Camille) of Lansdale and was the devoted grandfather to four grandchildren, Weston, Wrenly, Adam and Mateo.  He is also survived by his loyal brothers, Norman Corts (Julie) of Memphis, TN, and Nicholas Corts of Burke, VA; and his niece and nephews, Bryan, Brandon, and Leah.

Relatives and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Prayer Service at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Church Columbarium, Lansdale.
