Deborah J. Peters, 63, of Lansdale, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2025. She was the loving wife of James F. Shock of Lansdale.
Born February 26, 1962 in Lansdale, she was a daughter to Howard V. and Patricia E. (Godshall) Peters.
Deborah had a vibrant spirit which she shared with all who met her. She loved her pets, as they were constant companions who brought her much joy. She enjoyed going to the beach, where she found comfort walking in the sand and searching for shells, which matched her love for crystals, as they both provided her with a sense of wonder.
Above all, she had the most amazing kind heart. She was always willing to lend a hand and share a smile with someone who needed it. She was an exceptional wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, daughter, sister, and loving presence to her entire family.
In addition to her husband, Deborah is survived by her daughter, Laura Boyd (Peters) of Perkasie; her grandchildren, Gregory C. Boyd, Ashlyn N. Boyd; her step-daughter, Jamie Lynn Shock of Florida; her siblings, Howard Peters-Strickland (Tim) of CA, Michael Peters of PA, Michele Peters of VA, Susan Dalbey (Robert) of PA; her Nieces, Lexi, Aly, Tiffany; and her nephews Tallon and Wyatt.
Relatives and friends may call between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Wayside Chapel, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA , 19002, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale, PA.
