Doris M. Blair

Doris May (Jordan) Blair, 93, of Harleysville, wife of the late Herbert James Blair Sr., passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Sunrise Senior Living.

Born in Philadelphia on August 2, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Alfred K. and Florence E. (Gansz) Jordan.

Doris attended St. Johns Lutheran Church in Sumneytown for many years. She was also a member of the Golden Age Club of Willow Grove, where she would enjoy going on the many trips they would offer. In her younger years she enjoyed bowling and was an incredible knitter and sewer. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Doris loved going to Ocean City, NJ and spending time with her family at their shore home.

Surviving are children Paul Blair, husband of Kim, and Carol Bergey, wife of Randy; grandchildren Rachel Etze, wife of Dillon, Gunnar Bergey, husband of Nicole, Jared Blair, husband of Kaitlin, Matthew Blair, Hannah Bergey, Kasey Blair, and Cameron Bergey; great grandchildren Charlotte, Gavin, and James; and daughter in law Leslie Blair. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her son Herbert Blair Jr., brother Alfred Jordan Jr., and sister Elizabeth Bahlinger.

Visitation will be Monday, December 22, 2025, from 1:00PM to 1:45PM at Huff and Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale with a memorial service to begin at 2:00PM. Burial will be in Ivy Hill Cemetery at a later date.
