Elizabeth L. Gibbs

Elizabeth (Beth) L. Gibbs, 78, of Lansdale PA passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

She was the loving and devoted wife of Guy Gibbs of Lansdale PA for 23 years, and was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Elizabeth Lesquin of Aliquippa PA.

Beth's fight against dementia, Altzheimer's and PSP was a valiant one.

Beth was a respected elementary teacher in western Pennsylvania for 31 years.  She was a member of St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church in Lansdale and later at St. Jude Roman Catholic Church in Chalfont. Beth was a trained cantor and loved Gregorian Chant. She was a member of the Secular Franciscan Order.

At 5 foot 11 inches, Beth was a member of the Golden Triangle Club, a member of Tall Clubs International, and in 1998, she was crowned Mill Tall Pittsburgh.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years,  Guy Gibbs.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family on a date to be determined.

Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Aliquippa, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to; The American Heart Association or The American Diabetes Association.
