Elizabeth Jane Riley

Elizabeth Jane (McGarry) Riley, 80, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at Gwynedd Healthcare in Lansdale.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Eleanor (McNamee) McGarry.

Elizabeth worked for the state health department as a case worker for many years. She was a member of BSA Troop 455 in ST. Martin of Tours serving as Scoutmaster for 15 years.

Surviving is her son Sean Riley, husband of Christine (Houston) Riley; granddaughter Shannon-Nicole Riley; brother Frank McGarry; and many nieces and nephews who she loved like her own. Along with her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers Henry, Robert and Bruce McGarry.

Visitation will be Thursday January 2, 2025 from 9:30AM to 10:45AM at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, with a funeral service to begin at 11:00AM. Burial will be private.
