Eric W. Schaller

Dear Friends,

Eric Schaller, 39, passed away suddenly at his home in Newtown, PA on May 3, 2017. An outstanding human being, he was the beloved son of Joyce and Walt Schaller, older brother to Karl, grandson to his deceased Mom Mom Rosina, husband to Nadiya and father to his two cats Wally and Eva.

A graduate of Central Bucks East High School, Eric went on to obtain degrees from Penn State University and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He also is a veteran of the Air Force, receiving an honorable discharge along with several letters of recommendation.

Eric was an innovative, outside the box thinker, who was very cerebral but also the class clown at the same time. Always there for people and animals in need, he was an extremely kind and gentle person and the life of any party.

As Vice President of our family business, TEK I.D., Eric was the driving force in creating a successful enterprise, well known to never accept failure but blaming himself for the failure of others.

Eric had a passion for real estate, horticulture, and travel and was always planning his next adventure. He recently became a certified Sailing Captain and an EMT with certifications in several specialties. He regularly volunteered at the Forgotten Cats animal shelter as well as Habitat for Humanity.
Above all, he was gentle and compassionate.
His remains will be cremated.

There will be a remembrance gathering for all who wish to celebrate his life at the home of Joyce & Walt Schaller, 3156 Cloverly Dr., Furlong, PA on Saturday May 13th from 1:00 pm until midnight. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make a contribution in Eric's name to Forgotten Cats, 2537B Wyandotte Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090.
