Gerald Thomas Knoll

Gerald Thomas Knoll, 69, of Lansdale, PA passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026.  He was the loving husband of Sheila Louise (Tedstone) Knoll.

Born June 20, 1956, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, he was a son to the late Alan and Catherine (Murray) Knoll.

Gerald found joy in staying active and embracing nature. He loved to be outside, especially when walking his dog, playing on a golf course, skiing down a mountain, or swimming on a warm day. He was an avid sports fan, and he loved watching golf and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies.

He will be remembered for his tremendous sense of humor, his beautiful and ever-present smile, and his laugh that could light up any room. Above all, Gerald cherished time with his family and friends, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love.  He could never seem to get enough with his family, especially with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Justine M. Knoll (Brian Gelbert) of Philadelphia, Jameson M. Knoll (Takako Yoshikawa) of Ambler, Andrew C. Knoll (Catherine J.) of Plymouth Meeting, Alexander W. Knoll of North Wales; and his grandchildren, Julien, Frances, Nora and Theodore. Addtionally his mother-in-law, Rita G. Tedstone and the late Stewart W. Tedstone.

Relatives and friends may call between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Huff and Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, followed by time for sharing at 2:00 p.m.
