Holly E. Scholl

Holly Eileen Scholl, 83, of Hatfield passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.  Holly was a fabulous mother, grandmother and wife.  She was born in Sellersville,PA and lived her life primarily in Hatfield and Lansdale.

Holly worked at Hanson Textile in Hatfield.  She was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church, King of Prussia.

Holly was a survivor of ovarian cancer.

She was married to the late Robert George Scholl.  The mother of two daughters, grandmother of six, and great-grandmother of 13.  Family was everything to her.  She included all friends of her grandchildren as part of the family, telling them just call me "Grandmom".  Holly was extremely giving, always saying "Here's a love gift," passing out $20.  She was very charitable, giving to a lot of organizations including all veteran organizations and animal and children's organizations.

Holly's life focused on her family.  Holly and Bob provided family dinners every Monday night for 30 years.  Holly was an avid reader, music enthusiast, loved watching movies, reruns on Television, and completing crossword puzzles.  She loved vacations in the Outer Banks, NC and Long Beach Island, NJ.  She enjoyed seeing deer and feeding birds.

Holly was preceded in death by her parents, Kathryn and Orville Kephart and her siblings, Carol Snyder, Diane, Denise and Jerry Kephart.

She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Lee Bell and Robin Eileen Schmechel (Eric); her grandchildren, Bobbi Corby (Shawn), Brian Schmechel (Courtney), Lisa Keating (Kyle), Daniel Schmechel, Katelyn Payton (Lee), Jessica Garia-Santos (Axel); and her great-grandchildren, Kayla, Jaxon, Jeremiah, Wyatt, Eliana, Liam, Hazel, Luna, Eric,Teagan, Emilia, Autumn and Ivy.

Relatives and friends may call between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Huff and Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
