Hung Tran

Hung Tran, 55, of Souderton, died Tuesday, December 3, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of Kim Nguyen, his wife of 15 years.

He was born August 16, 1969 in Vietnam.

Mr. Tran was employed as a service technician with Brooks Instrument, Hatfield, for many years.  He was a longtime parishioner of St. Maria Goretti Church, Hatfield, and was an avid basketball and football fan, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Katelyn Tran and Lani Tran; his foster father, Bruce Cumanga of Riverside, CA and his family; his aunt and uncle, Steve Tran and Linh Lu of the Poconos and their children; and a large extended family in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his foster mother, Ellen Cumanga.

A Prayer Service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, with a visitation to follow from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Arrangements are pending for a Funeral Mass to be held in California.  Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Huntington Beach, CA.
