Ida M. Kitz

Ida M. Kitz, 97, of Lansdale, PA, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025, at Morningside House of Towamencin.

She was the loving wife of the late Herman Kitz.

Born July 19, 1928, she was a daughter of the late George B. and Ida B. (Woodside) Dougan.

Ida was a member of Lansdale United Methodist Church.  In her leisure time, she enjoyed tending to her garden, traveling, shopping, and baking delicious treats for family and friends to enjoy.

She is survived by her two daughters, Karen Deeny, and husband Edward, and Kathy Cunning; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Trout, and husband Jared, Stephen Deeny, and Ryan Deeny; her sister, Erma Walsh; and her two great granddaughters.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Mary, John, and Evelyn.

The family will receive visitors Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM at Lansdale United Methodist Church, 300 N Broad St, Lansdale, PA 19446.  A memorial service will begin at 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
