Ida M. Scott, 95, of Chalfont and formerly of Lansdale, died Tuesday, January 21, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Edmund B. Scott, who died September 6, 1998.

Born October 8, 1929 in Mount Carmel, PA, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Eva (Fry) Mann.

Mrs. Scott was a longtime member of St. John's UCC, Lansdale.  She was employed at a number of local companies, including Standard Pressed Steel and American Olean Tile Co.  Ida loved tea parties and her collections, especially Byers' Choice figurines.

Survivors include her children, Deborah L. Galichinski of Hatboro, and Daniel C. Scott (Anita) of Chalfont; four grandchildren, Christian Scott, Alison Kauffman (Craig), Rachael Chicoli, and Melanie Chicoli; six great-grandchildren, Aiden, Natalie, Harper, Rhys, Cole, and Keira; three siblings, Doris Shupinski of Souderton, Harold "Butch" Mann (Bonnie) of Collegeville, and Carol Fulton of Bloombsburg; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Benjamin, Walter, and Clarence; and a sister, Alma.

Relatives and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Ambler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Ida's memory to St. John's UCC, 500 W. Main St., Lansdale, PA 19446.
