Jeanette Bunney

Jeanette E. Bunney, 88, went home to be with the Lord on December 25, 2024 at the Souderton Mennonite Home, Souderton, PA. She was the loving wife of 69 years to William H. Bunney.

Born in Elmira, NY, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Ruth Ann (Hudson) Kummerer.

Jeanette was a skilled quilter, and made many beautiful works for her friends and family. She was also a skilled pianist and soloist in her church.  Jeanette was the office manager for a Dermatologist at Abington Hospital for many years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Laurie Mangin (husband Ken); sisters Virginia Fahlgren, Ester Kelly, and Evelyn Cooper; grandchildren Bryan, Eric and Aaron; along with eight great grandchildren; Kenzie, Kaden, Kira, Callen, Jax, Rylie, Collins, and Chase.

The memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the Souderton Mennonite Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jeanette's name to the benevolent fund at the Souderton Mennonite Home would be greatly appreciated.
