John S. Brobst

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Raymond and Adrian (Steppacher) Brobst.

John was the founder, owner and president of J & M Mobile Tire Service which he started in 1977 and is still in operation today.  He was a US Navy Veteran, Honorably Discharged.  He was an Auto and Truck enthusiast, collecting many classic cars and trucks, as well as models of them. His love of Ford trucks was legendary, especially his purple "Giddyup Go". John was also a NASCAR fan, having raced both Dover and Pocono racetracks; and loved watching the Phillies in his favorite chair. John loved animals, but especially German Shepherds.

He and Barbara loved the beach, especially spending time with family and friends at Bayberry Cove and Sea Isle City, NJ. He will be missed by his many friends and extended family.

Surviving with his wife are children Dawn Chrisman (Gary), Kim Mullelly (Joseph), John P. Brobst (Amy) Richard Goetter, Theresa Goetter (Kathy McGinty), and Jacquelyn Goetter; grandchildren Lauren Klein (Jordan), Sean Chrisman (Kelly), Amy Ragsdale (Troy), Ryan Mullelly (Nicole), Kyle Mullelly, Tyler Mullelly, Sydney Brobst, Rece Brobst, Krysten Momsen (Kip), Sara Goetter (Natalie Reiss), Mackenzie Walters, and Cody Greim; and great grandchildren Brooks, Emerson, Atlas, Chase, Connor, Beau, Maggie, Georgia, and Eleanor. Also many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his brother Richard A. Brobst and sister Nancy A. Shurling.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
