John E. Kilgore, Jr.

John E. Kilgore, Jr., 75, of Lansdale, died Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Born January 11, 1951 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late Patricia (Shadle) and John E. Kilgore, Sr.

John worked as a carpenter and electrician for many years.  He loved racing and would gladly race "anything with a motor."John also had a special bond with his late cat, Mr. Briggs.  He also really loved to eat.  No occasion or outing was complete without a good meal or snack, as far as John was concerned.  He cherished going to Colorado and South Carolina to spend time with family.

Survivors include his sister, Deborah Kilgore of Denver, CO; three nieces, Jennifer R. Kilgore of Quakertown, PA, Jessica Perry (David) of Warrensburg, NY, and Krista Weister (Brian) of Denver; and his nephew, Mark Johnson of Denver.

Funeral arrangements are pending and under the direction of the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
