Kent L. Singer

Kent L. Singer, 77, of Norristown, husband of the late Lynn (Ferares) Singer, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph and Rose (Herbert) Singer.

Kent was a member of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, being a writer and contributor to their magazine and message boards. He was also considered one of the leading experts on railroad watches.  In addition, Kent was a member of the National Association of S Gaugers where he used to build award winning S Gauge model trains and create kits for others to build.  He was a US Army Veteran who served during the Vietnam War and was also an avid reader.

Surviving is his daughter Abigail Singer; son in law Michael Cook; brother Preston Singer (Jean);  and sister Andrea Berger (Bob).

Visitation will be Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00PM to 3:00PM at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale with a memorial service to begin at 3:00PM. Military Honors will be rendered following the service.
