Lavar A. J. Davis

Lavar A. J. Davis, 45, of Lansdale, died Sunday, October 15, 2023.  He was the loving fiancé of Jennifer L. Meacham.

Born December 20, 1977 in Philadelphia, he was a son of Thomas Davis and his wife Pam, of California, and the late Rhonda Walton Jones and her husband David, of Norristown..

Lavar was employed as a truck driver for many years.  He was a "sneakerhead" who will be remembered for his love of family.

In addition to his fiancé and father, he is survived by his children, Zhakeya Davis of Norristown, Deona Nicole Davis of Ambler, Angelina Sandone of Colmar, Alanah Johnson of Ambler, and Cole Basketbill of Ambler; two grandchildren, Isaiah and Noah Weldon; and three siblings, Michael Outerbridge of New Jersey, Rachel Jones of Norristown, and David Jones, Jr. of Norristown.

A visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m. October 26, 2023 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m.  Interment will be private.
