Lisa Koffel

Lisa Koffel passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born to the late Richard Sr. and Patricia Koffel, Lisa was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who brought warmth, kindness, and love to everyone who knew her. Her faith was the foundation of her life. She loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and she attended Calvary Chapel in Quakertown.

Lisa had a passion for cooking, both in restaurants and for her family, and found great joy in preparing meals for those she loved. She enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to worship music, drawing strength and comfort from her faith. She had a love for all music, and her favorite quote was “Without music life would B flat”.

She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Stacey Miller and Hannah Cosgrove; her son, Michael Koffel; her cherished grandchildren, Donavon, Troy, and Eliana Minott, Adrianna Clark, and Kaylani Newton; her sisters, Patricia Strouse and her husband William, Donna Koffel, and Emma Schnable; her brother, Richard Koffel Jr.; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

Lisa will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. Her legacy of faith, compassion, and unconditional love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
