Madeline B. Holland

Madeline B. Holland, 84, of Lansdale, passed away on July 19, 2026.

She was born on March 29, 1942 in Manhattan, New York to the late Edward and Virginia (Zajdowicz) Rupprecht.

She worked as a clerk for Harleysville Insurance for over 30 years, retiring in 2009.

She loved unconditionally, gave selflessly, and was always ready to help anyone in need. Her kindness and compassion touched so many lives, and her faith in God guided everything she did. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that she is now at peace in heaven, reunited with the love of her life, Richard. Together again, they are free from pain and surrounded by God's eternal love. She will be missed every day and may she rest in peace until we meet again.

She is survived by her two sons, Eric and Craig Holland; and her sister, Doris Rauch.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Richard J. "Dick" Holland, III.

Relatives and friends are invited to Madeline’s graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940. Please gather at the cemetery office no later than 10:45 a.m. A brief reception will follow at the Washington Crossing Inn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Madeline’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
