Margaret M. "Marge" Killian

Margaret M. "Marge" Killian, 83, of Harleysville, PA passed away on February 17, 2017 at Peter Becker Community in Harleysville. She was the wife of the late Raymond P. Killian who passed away in November of 2012. Born November 30, 1933 in Abington, PA she was the daughter of the late Lawrence C. and the late Margaret (nee McDonagh) Chase.

She was a 1952 graduate of Abington High School, and prior to being blessed with a family, she had been employed by the Penn Mutual Company in Philadelphia, and the Asplundh Company in Willow Grove. Marge will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Marge is survived by her children, Raymond P. Killian, Jr., of Colorado Springs, CO, Maureen Hickey (Thomas), of Lansdale, and Stephen Killian (Wendy), of Hatfield, her grandchildren, Joanna Clark (Nicholas), of Virginia Beach, VA, Jocelyn Stauffer (John Mark), of Atco, NJ, and Helen Killian, Kathryn Killian, Colin Killian, Margaret Killian, all of Hatfield. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Ann Chase Brackin and Lawrence C. Chase, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday morning, February 24, 2017 from 9:00-10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Peter Becker Community, 800 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438 where her Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will be held privately by her family at a later date.

The family has respectfully requested that all flowers be omitted, and that anyone desiring to do so may make a memorial contribution in Marge's name to either the Grand View Hospice Program, 700 Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA 18960, or to the Peter Becker Community Benevolent Fund, 800 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438, and which would be deeply appreciated by her family.
