Maria R. Borneman

Maria R. Borneman, 43, of Quakertown, died Friday, May 8, 2026.  She was the beloved wife of Brent R. Borneman, her husband of 12 years.

Born September 8, 1982 in Haddonfield, NJ, she was a daughter of John and Suzanne (Sharp) Schoeler, of Warrington.

Maria graduated from Temple University and was employed as an analyst in the clinical research industry.  She loved volunteering with Home At Last and was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.  After her breast cancer diagnosis, she became active with Unite For HER and ABCD ("After Breast Cancer Diagnosis"), both breast cancer support groups.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her beloved daughters, Alyssa J. Borneman and Everly R. Borneman; three sisters, Regan Schoeler of Exton, Tiffany Schoeler (Derek Moya) of Coopersburg, and Tanya Schmeltzer (Ronald) of Quakertown; three brothers, Karl Schoeler of Warrington, Brandon Hammons of Florida, and George Hammons of New Jersey; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call after 12:00 Noon Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will be private.
