Maria C. Mills

Maria C. Mills, 78, of Lansdale, died Monday, March 25, 2024.  She was the beloved wife of David C. Mills, Sr., her husband of 53 years.

Born February 19, 1946 in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Emily (DeLaurentis) Pappas.

Mrs. Mills was a longtime parishioner of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Lansdale, where she was a dedicated volunteer earlier in life.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, David C. Mills, Jr. (Katherine) of Manassas, VA, Elizabeth E. Blank (Keith) of Hatfield, and Elise Cellucci (Andrew) of Blue Bell; ten grandchildren; and three siblings, Cathy Eisgrau (Ira) of Warrington, Rita Charilonza (Michael) of Harleysville, and Vincent Pappas (Diane) of Lansdale.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Pappas; and sister, Anita Pappas.

Relatives and friends may call after 9:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Corpus Christi Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446 followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
