Marianne Ziegler

Marianne Ziegler, aged 78, of Lansdale, passed away on March 3, 2025.

Born on September 19, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the beloved daughter of the late Creistino and Bambina (Abbonizo) Mongone.

Marianne, affectionately known as Mare, was a graduate of Abington Senior High School, class of 1964. She was a parishioner of St Stanislaus Church in Lansdale, PA. She worked at North Montco Technical Career Center for 22 years where she made many wonderful friends.

Marianne was predeceased by her husbands, Joseph D. Isabella, who passed in 2012, and Dennis J. Ziegler, who passed in 1997.

She is survived by her loving son, Dennis J. Ziegler, and his wife Diana, of Lansdale, PA, and her cherished grandchildren, Logan and Samantha Ziegler. She also leaves behind her siblings, Stephen Mongone and his companion Maureen McDowell of North Hills, PA, Christopher Mongone and his wife Ellen of Summerville, SC, and Annette Cawley and her husband John of Ardsley, PA. Mare will be dearly missed by her best friend, Jaynee Blanc, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mare had a passion for shopping and enjoyed spending time at the shore, especially on the beach with her dear friend Jaynee. Above all, she treasured her role as a grandmother.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 9:15 am until 10:15 am at St Stanislaus Church, located at 51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will take place at St John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA.
