Marjorie A. Gorman

Marjorie A. (Husted) Gorman, 81, of Lansdale, wife of Harry F. Gorman, Jr., passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Dock Woods after a long illness.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Marjorie (Geary) Husted.

Marjorie was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church where she helped out with their Women's group, counted the church donations and was in Bell Choir with her daughter. She worked for National Bank in Center City for many years then worked for Harleysville National Bank for over 20 years, retiring when they sold. Marjorie had a love for animals, especially her rabbit Coco and her cats. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed.

Surviving with her husband are children Daniel S. Gorman, Sandra M. Lawrence, wife of Daniel, and Jennifer L. Lattanze, wife of David; grandchildren Skylar, Autumn, and Peyton, and sister in law Brenda Husted. Along with her parents she is predeceased by her brother Charles Husted.

Visitation will be Monday, April 20, 2026 from 10:00am to 10:45am at Christ United Methodist Church, 1020 S Valley Forge Rd, Lansdale, with a Funeral Service to begin at 11:00am. Inurnment at the church columbarium will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marjorie's name to Montgomery County SPCA, 19 E Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428
