Michael A. Reino, age 73, passed away suddenly on November 19, 2025, shortly after returning from an Anniversary trip to Las Vegas.
Born March 9, 1952 to Michael D. and Dina R. Reino, Mike lived a life defined by love, faith, generosity, laughter, and friendship.
Mike was a devoted husband to Linda (Eckert) Reino for 30 years and the proud father of Dominick, who brought him immeasurable joy and was named after his father. He was the cherished brother of Paul (Christine), John (Denise), and Tom (Jacqueline Anne), and beloved uncle to three nieces and three nephews. His family was the heart of his life, and his home was always open.
His childhood on Stonebridge Road was filled with exploration, neighborhood adventures, and lifelong stories. In Brandamore, PA, he purchased his first home and became known for legendary Budget Print softball parties—once even serving Arnold, the pig he raised himself, as the centerpiece of a family dinner. His homes on Canyon Drive and later Ashbourne Way continued to be places of gathering, celebration, and welcome. Linda joined Mike and further developed what became Reino's Design Print Mail with a design and marketing focus that brought on new customers. Mike became somewhat of an icon in the print industry with his detailed knowledge and expertise. Later on, Mike and Linda merged Reino's with Star Printing, Inc., where they continued to service their customers for the last 6 years.
Mike attended Salesianum High School and St. Francis University, where he formed friendships with a handful of friends that continues up to this day. He founded Budget Print Softball, active from 1976–1998, proudly supported Philadelphia sports, served with the Optimist Club of West Chester for a decade (two years as president), and was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church in Lansdale, PA.
He met life with optimism, humor, and courage—qualities that carried him through a 13-year battle with lung cancer. He deeply valued time with family and took great pride in Dominick's studies abroad in Japan. He also treasured his bond with in-laws Ralph and Lois, often traveling with them to national Riviera Owners Association car shows.
Mike will be remembered for his warmth, his joy, and the way he made others feel welcome and loved. His spirit lives on in the countless relationships he nurtured and in the memories he gifted to all who knew him.
Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. December 16, 2025 at Christ United Methodist Church, 1020 S. Valley Forge Road, Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
Mike was especially touched by children battling illness and cancer and the family welcomes donations in lieu of flowers in Mike's name at St. Jude's website www.stjude.org/donate .
