Nancy V. Stoeffler

Nancy V. (Hoppe) Stoeffler, 82, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Doylestown Hospital.

Born in Abington, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Grace E. (Leopold) Hoppe.

Nancy received her cosmetology degree from the former Willow Grove Beauty Academy and worked locally for many years.

Family was very important to her, especially her children and grandchildren. She always tried to get to know all her children's friends, and even was referred to, on occasion, as the "Cool Mom". She always supported and attended many celebrations and events that her grandchildren were involved in. She attended many fun family trips to Wildwood, NJ, her favorite vacation spot.

She was an avid animal lover and always found joy in caring for and being around them.  She rescued many animals throughout her lifetime and was always willing to take in any animal that needed a home.

Surviving is daughter Dawn Finley, wife of Edward Sr.; son Kenneth Stoeffler; sister Joan Rotenbury (late Earl); and grandchildren Edward "Eddie" Finley Jr. and Anthony Finley.

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Ronald Stoeffler; her sister, Evelyn Hoppe; and her former husband, Robert Stoeffler.

Funeral arrangements are pending and under the direction of the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
