Niki Crits

Niki Crits, 94, of Lafayette Hill, died Friday, March 28, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Harry J. Crits, MD, who died in 1996.

Born October 26, 1930 in Washington, DC, she was a daughter of the late Spinelli and Konstantina (Fegaras) Spilliotis.

After graduating from George Washington University, Mrs. Crits was employed as a biologist with the US Department of Agriculture.  Later in life, she served as a docent at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.

Niki was a longtime member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Elkins Park.  She will be remembered as a dedicated mother who loved caring for her family.

Survivors include her children, Connie Au (Burton) of Solon, OH, Barbara Crits-Kelly (Kevin) of Ambler, Beth McClintock (Chuck) of North Wales, and Charles Crits (Lisa) of Glenside; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her sister, Helen Spilliotis of Washington, DC.

Relatives and friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 7921 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 followed by the Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Laurel Hill West Cemetery.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
