Pernie L. Kilmer, 71, of Souderton, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, August 18, 2012. She was the beloved wife of William I. Kilmer.
Born March 6, 1941 in Doylestown, she was a daughter of the late Charles M. Noblett and Esther C. (Price) Baker.
Pernie was a dedicated member of Zwingli UCC in Souderton. She was employed in the Transportation Department of Central Bucks School District for over 20 years, retiring in 2005. Previously, she worked as a floral designer at Peddler's Village. Pernie's hobbies included bicycling, water-skiing, and snowmobiling.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Rodney C. Hager of Souderton; three sisters, Elaine E. Clemens of Norristown, Marian R. Grass of Sebastian, FL, and Caroline M. Wood of Green Lane; and her step-son, William I. Kilmer, Jr. and his wife, Lori of Allentown. She was preceded in death by a son, Dwayne Hager.
Relatives and friends may call after 9 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Zwingli U.C.C., 350 Wile Ave., Souderton, followed by the Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Whitemarsh Memorial Park. Arrangements by Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
