Dr. Philip H. Friedman

Dr. Philip H. Friedman, 82, of Lansdale, PA, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Lansdale Hospital.

He was the loving husband of Teresa Molinaro-Friedman.

Born October 4, 1941, he was a son to the late Leonard and Miriam (Solomon) Friedman.

Throughout his life, Philip devoted his time and talents to the pursuit of helping others around him.  He spent many years actively involved in the "A Course in Miracles" community as well as the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center.  Working as a clinical psychologist for many years, Philip was a member of both the American and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.  He was also involved in the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, where he was given the Association for Energy Psychology Special Recognition Award  in June 2023, which stated "The Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology recognizes Philip Friedman for a lifetime of work developing methods for assessing health and promoting energy psychology."

What brought Philip the most joy in life was his family.  He will be remembered as a devoted husband and father that was caring, compassionate and always willing to lend a hand to those that needed it.

In addition to his wife, Philip is survived by his son, Mathew Friedman of Washington, DC; his sister, Elaine Stone of New York City; his sister in law, Marguerite Friedman; his nephew, Craig Friedman; and his niece, Allison Anderman.

He is preceded in death by his two brothers, Jeffery and David Friedman.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024, 1:30 PM at Brittany Pointe Estates, 1001 S Valley Forge Rd, Lansdale, PA 19446 in the auditorium.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to; The ALS Association, 1300 Wilson Blvd Suite 600 Arlington, VA 22209.
