Phyllis Y. Mader

Phyllis Y. Mader, 88, of Morrisville, PA, died Saturday, March 1, 2025.  She was the wife of the late Frederick C. Mader, Jr., who died November 27, 2019.

Born June 3, 1936 in White Haven, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Evelyn (Jones) Meneeley.

Mrs. Mader was employed with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Department for many years.  She was a longtime member of White Haven Methodist Church and was an avid gardener.

Survivors include her children, Frederick C. Mader (Suzanne) of Harleysville, and Sandra Manley (Patricia Clark) of New York, NY; three grandchildren, Lauren, Ashley, and Frederick V; her sister, Miriam Kresge of White Haven; and brother, Ralph Meneeley of Bangor, PA.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Poltrok.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:30 a.m.  Burial will be in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Mrs. Mader's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
