Raymond "Ray" Diaz died unexpectedly July 13, 2025 from natural causes. He was the son of Catherine L. (Smith) Diaz, of VA and the late Jose L. Diaz.
Ray was born December 24, 1970, in Philadelphia.
He is also survived by one daughter, Alexandra Burke (Wolubah), Philadelphia, and their children, Ava, Bianca and Cyrus, and his longtime companion Rosanna Severini. .
