Raymond H. Winter

Raymond H. Winter, 83, of Hatfield, PA passed away on March 21, 2026.

He was born on December 15, 1942 in Drexel Hill, PA the son of the late Raymond and Juliet (McAleese) Winter.

He served in the United States Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis before being honorably discharged and beginning a career as a civil engineer inspector. Following retirement, he served as a crossing guard with Upper Gwynedd Township.

He enjoyed gardening, birds, and fishing. He loved Jesus and was a devoted member of Bethel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his seven children, Carol (Randy) Robbins, Lori (Joe) Meszaros, Jesse Winter, Sean (Donna) Winter, Susan (Paul) Mondovich, Heather (John) Weiner, and Tara Winter; his nineteen grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Taylor, Nicole, Joe, Alexis, Ryan, Sean Jr., Marissa, Andrea, Andrew, Kait, Jonny, David, Josh, Grace, Hannah, Deanna, and Derian; as well as sixteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy (Fonder) Dolan-Winter in 2022.

Relatives and friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2026 at Bethel Baptist Church, 754 E Rockhill Road, Sellersville, PA 18960, followed by the Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist Church at the above-mentionned address.
