Richard Faye, Sr.

Richard Faye Sr., 85, husband of the late Jean Ella (Powers) Faye, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2026. 

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Elmer E. and Ruth G. (Kruzburg) Faye. 

After graduating from Olney High School in 1958, he enlisted and served four honorable years in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He was a long-standing volunteer at Doylestown Hospitals cardio-care unit, and was a former member of The Bucks County Country Gentlemen in Doylestown. 

Surviving is son Richard Faye Jr., husband of Kristini; daughters Carla Reitz, wife of Rick, and Lisa Eckroth, wife of David; sister Ethel Weeden (late James), and grandchildren Dylan Faye, husband of Mackenzie, Andrew Faye, Sydney Faye, Derica Marsh, Keesha Reitz, David Eckroth, Danielle, and Julia. Along with his wife and parents, he is predeceased by his sister Lois Turner. 

Services and interment are private at the wishes of the family.
