Rita Marie Pietrangelo

Rita Marie Pietrangelo, of Telford and formerly Lansdale, passed away on October 14, 2026.

Rita was born on October 15, 1933 in North Wales, PA to the late John and Kathryn (Craighead) Wall.

She was a member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. She was a caregiver for her late husband for many years.

Rita is survived by her children; Robert Heimerdinger (Barbara); Judy Detweiler (John); Beth Hughes (Frank); 10 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl J. Pietrangelo; her infant son, Scott Heimerdinger; grandson, Ryan Heimerdinger; three sisters and one brother.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, October 23, 2026 after 9:30 a.m. in St. Maria Goretti Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, where her Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Lansdale. Arrangements are entrusted to the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
