Robert L. Curley

Robert L. Curley, 95, of Sellersville, died Monday, December 2, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of the late Kathryn Louise (Leach) Curley, who died February 15, 2019.

Born February 1, 1929 in Lansdale, he was a son of the late William and Anna (Stover) Curley.

Mr. Curley was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Lansdale.  He was employed with Weaver Structural Steel, Lansdale, for many years before retiring from North Penn School District in the 1990s.  He loved traveling with family and friends, especially to Cape May Point, and was an avid sports fan.

Survivors include his children, Kathryn L. Walters (Robert) of Reading, Stephen R. Curley (Susan) of Pennsburg, Robin L. Rantz (Michael) of Quakertown, Patricia Ann Kyle (Luther) of Memphis, TN, and Beth Ann Butera (Charles) of San Clemente, CA; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Sister Dolora Marie Curley of Aston.

He was preceded in death by two grandchildren; three brothers; and five sisters.

Relatives and friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024 at First Baptist Church, 700 N. Broad St., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in Montgomery Baptist Cemetery, Colmar.

In lieu of flower, donations in his name may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
