Robert D. Forst

Robert D. Forst, 64, of Lansdale, died Monday, November 11, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of Deborah (Lane) Forst, his wife of 35 years.

Born March 2, 1960 in Philadelphia, he was the son of Robert E. Forst, of Lansdale, and the late Elsie Elaine (Landis) Forst.

Mr. Forst was employed as a glass former with Parker Hannifin, Hatfield, for many years, retiring in 2023.  He was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lansdale.  His hobbies included reading, watching old westerns and WWE wrestling, and music, especially the Beatles, Queen, and KISS.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Robert D. Forst, Jr. (Kellie) of Millersville, MD, and Amanda Rae Forst of Sellersville; his grandson; Jackson Forst; sister, Robin Frederick (Larry) of Cape Coral, FL; and his "grandkittens," Harry and Noodle.

He was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Aspen.

Relatives and friends may call between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 W. Main St., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00.  Interment will be in the church columbarium.  Arrangements are by the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
