Rodney A. Thompson

Rodney A. Thompson, 62, of Lansdale, died Monday, February 9, 2026.

Born December 28, 1963 in Lansdale, he was a son of Beverly (Tyson) Maginnis and her husband, Andrew, of Lansdale, and the late Oscar Thompson.

Rodney was employed as a paving contractor with Allan Myers, Inc. for many years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Gregory Thompson (Rosann) of Hilltown; and his step-siblings, Karolyn Sarsfield (Jim) of Wyndmoor, Beth Kister (Mike) of North Carolina, Jennifer Muto (Anthony) of Deptford, NJ, Andrew Maginnis (Jamie) of Royersford; and his nephews, Jordan Thompson of Collegeville and Mason Thompson of Royersford.

Funeral arrangements are pending and under the direction of the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
