Ronald N. Zembroski

Ronald N. Zembroski, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 28th, 2025 at the age of 75. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Sonia and Nicholas Zembroski, Ron lived a life marked by compassion, dedication, and an unwavering love for his family.

Ron pursued higher education at both Temple University and Drexel University, where he laid the foundation for a meaningful and impactful career. He began his professional journey in the District Attorney's office, where he focused on helping at-risk youth—a cause that remained close to his heart throughout his life. Later, he transitioned into the world of finance, building a successful career as a stock broker.

Outside of work, Ron embraced life with a deep appreciation for music, travel, and family. He found joy in shooting pool, relaxing to the sounds of jazz, and setting sail on cruises. Some of his fondest memories were made during beach trips with his sons, David and Danny, as well as annual trips to Brigantine, New Jersey, with his loving wife, Carolyn Carter. A true seafood enthusiast, Ron delighted in meals of mussels and crab legs, especially when shared with those he loved.

Ron is survived by his devoted wife, Carolyn Carter; his two sons, David (Yvonne); and Danny; his stepsons David (Ricardo) Carter-Lemos and Bob Carter; his cherished granddaughter and his step-grandson; as well as countless family members and friends who will remember him for his warmth, wit, and generous spirit.

A private memorial service was held on May 30th with a celebration of Ron's life to follow in August.  Donations in Ron's honor can be made to Grandview Hospice Care.
