Rosa DiBetta, 87, of North Wales, passed Monday, August 24, 2026. She was the loving wife of the late Gregory DiBetta.
Born October 1, 1938, in Italy, she was a daughter to the late Joseph and Liberata (Virdo) Calafati.
She was a steadfast partner working alongside her husband in their tailor business. She was known for her wonderful cooking, filling her home with flavorful meals that brought her family together. She found joy in gardening, especially tending to her vegetable plots, where her green thumb yielded veggies she proudly shared.
Rosa maintained many dear friendships throughout her life, including her friends from Italy. She cherished her Italian heritage and enjoyed her visits in August. Above all she was devoted to her family, whom she deeply cared about as it was part of her nature. Throughout her life she brought constant joy and warmth to her friends and family.
She is survived by her children, Giuseppe DiBetta (Marianne) of Montgomeryville, Dominic DiBetta of Horsham, Gaetano DiBetta of Warminster, Leonardo DiBetta (Lori) of Blue Bell, Lucia Esposito of Bradenton, FL; her brother Gaetano Calafati; and 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Rosa is predeceased by a son, Nicola DiBetta and a brother, Dominic Calafati.
Relatives and friends may call between 9:30 & 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446, followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30. Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA.
