Russell F. Erb

Russell F. Erb, 64, of North Wales, died Friday, July 10, 2026.

Born August 7, 1961 in Cheltenham, PA, he was a son of the late John and Florence (Williams) Erb.

Russell was employed in the construction industry for many years and later worked with Lowe’s, Montgomeryville. He also served as a longtime caregiver to his parents.

Russ graduated from Cheltenham High School with the Class of 1979 where he played on the football team. He was a proud Boy Scout and avid history reader, especially American History. He enjoyed gardening and British TV programs. He was also an avid fan of Philadelphia sports and the English Premier League.

He will be remembered as a devoted son, caring neighbor, and dedicated worker.

Survivors include his siblings, John Erb (Jane Chung) of Jim Thorpe, PA, and Doretta Roessler (Donald Jr.) of Harleysville; his brother-in-law, David Robbins of Huntingdon Valley; and three nieces and nephews, Sarah Roessler (Brendan Cardella-Koll), Donald Roessler III (Anna), and John D. Erb.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Carole M. Robbins.

Relatives and friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Huntingdon Valley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Russ’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
